Emmanuel at AIR Kitchen and Bath was able to make our house our home and we absolutely love it!
We bought an older house that hadn’t been touched in 30 years. It was a big project, with three floors over 6000 square feet. Emmanuel worked with us to capture our vision, gather the team, and even finished ahead of schedule. He knows how to keep a calm head and gets the job done. On the first day of the project, he discovered a massive leak from a burst pipe in our bathroom on demo day and redid the plans to both remediate the water damage and keep the project moving. He told us “Nothing to worry about” and took care of it.
Emmanuel is a trained architect with an eye for detail and design. His specialty is kitchens and bathrooms, but he can revitalize a whole home, as he did ours. As a small business, Emmanuel is able to tailor your vision to your needs and budget.
Things to keep in mind when working with any remodel company: a ton of prep work happens even before the first hammer is swung. You will need to have your must-have expectations up-front (e.g. cabinets to the ceiling, tub/shower combo vs walk-in shower, type of countertop material and finish, etc) so the costs can be accurately estimated up front.
Emmanuel did a design mock-up for us of the most important of our rooms, but not all the rooms. Skipping the mockups of the less-involved rooms of this may have allowed us to move faster, but also I’m sure he could make them if that’s something that you want.

Update: They finally called, apologized, and rescheduled the appointment.
We had scheduled an appointment with A.I.R. kitchen and Bath and they never showed up or called after missing the appointment. I left a message for them and still never received a response!

Emmanuel and Camilo did a fantastic job installing our new bathroom tiles. The entire experience from the very beginning to the project completion is what I would consider a "white glove" service. I highly recommend Emmanuel and his team at A.I.R Kitchen and Bath Center! My master bathroom had to be completely renovated after my shower leaked into the restroom and downstairs guest room.
Emmanuel and his onsite lead, Camilo, brought my vision to reality! The work was meticulously and expertly done. The transition was smooth and efficient without one single delay. Emmanuel was understanding and did whatever he could to make sure that my hopes and wishes were met and that not only was my shower renovated but my entire ensuite master bath, master bedroom, and guest room was also fully renovated! He made sure I was able to install my dream jacuzzi stand alone tub. Every step of the process was covered by and provided by his team. He walks with you thru every step of the process and is truly hands on and present throughout the entire renovation.
A true key to the process was his interior designer, Janae. She was more than patient and listened to everything that I envisioned and helped me to confidently choose the overall design and the materi als in the restroom from the door handles, to the fixtures, to the countertops. They removed walls, placed a support beam, build new walls, enclosed a sunroom, installed a full and half bath, built a closet, designed and placed a new kitchen with hidden walk in pantry, moved our laundry, and more. Emmanuel always had workers here. Other companies estimated it to be a 6 month project. Emmanuel completed it in 3 months and it looks AMAZING! We will definitely use AIR kitchen and Bath again

Air Kitchen and Bath did the kitchen renovation in our home. We were greatly satisfied with the outcome of the project! We handed Emmanuel a list of requests and not only did he follow them but also gave us suggestions on how we could make those requests pop. Air Kitchen and Bath did the kitchen renovation in our home. We were greatly satisfied with the outcome of the project! We handed Emmanuel a list of requests and not only did he follow them but also gave us suggestions on how we could make those requests pop. The bathroom remodel ideas of Emmanuel’s team are brilliant! I do not have a great eye for design, so Emmanuel and Arlene asked me questions to understand what I really wanted with my bathroom. Then they presented me with designs and all of them were great. The quality of work of his subcontractors is excellent. Air Kitchen and Bath Center is a 10/10 for me.

My experience has been wonderful from the moment I inquired about their services down to the last day of the project. I've had other upgrade/replacement work done and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff from sales to completion and thereafter were personable, professional and accommodating at every request and inquiry. Emmanuel was on top of the process and reviewing the work everyday.

We hired A.I.R. Kitchen & Bath Center to remodel our entire master bath. Overall, we were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Emmanuel and Arlene were great to work with and all of their sub-contractors were extremely prompt, friendly and professional. We've worked with several contractors through the years and thought it was amazing that Emmanuel stopped in everyday to direct the sub-contractors and make sure the job was progressing as planned....very efficient! Although I did give a 5 star rating, there were a couple of miscommunications related to making changes post-contract. We worked it out, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the job was finished right on time. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and love our new bathroom. We would definitely work with them again.

I thought I was an annoying customer because I was constantly messaging him as I remembered new details but surprisingly, he always responded at all hours. At a point I had to ask him if he sleeps because he always answer his phone. He is very respectful to your wishes, along with his great team. This is the right man for your job for sure! Emmanuel who owns Atlanta Intercontinental remodeled our entire Kitchen. He was very responsive and managed his subcontractors extremely well. The subcontractors that he used did high quality work.
